Walk the discipleship journey together.
DiscipleTrack is a mobile app for a local church's discipleship ministry: D Groups, Disciplers and Disciples, one-to-one meetings, and the ten lessons of the Journey curriculum.
What it does
- D Groups. A Leader sets up the group, pairs each Disciple with a Discipler, and sees who is set up and who is paired.
- Meetings. The Discipler and Disciple agree a time outside the app. The Discipler records the agreed schedule; the Disciple views it without a confirmation step. Each phone can provide reminders after loading the schedule, if notifications are allowed. Afterwards, the Discipler records what happened, with each Disciple's outcome.
- Lessons. The ten Journey lessons are readable offline once downloaded. A Disciple writes answers and explicitly shares them with their assigned Discipler for discussion together. Blanks can be checked against the book; written answers have no formal approval or review verdict.
- Progress that is factual. The assigned Discipler marks a lesson completed when its material has been covered. The Coordinator can help an active Disciple who has no assigned Discipler. Reading, sharing answers and meeting counts never complete a lesson automatically.
- Follow-ups. Consecutive recorded absences can create a follow-up with a named person responsible for care. A day without a meeting record is not counted as an absence.
Who it is for
Members of a church that has been set up on DiscipleTrack. A member will register with their email, verify it, and enter the join code their church gives them. A Coordinator approves each request before the member gains access to church ministry information.
A church can also register a member who does not use the app. If that person later creates an account, a Coordinator-issued claim code and approval link it to their existing history.
DiscipleTrack is being prepared for a pilot with one church. Registration is not open and the app is not available on the app stores.
Your data
DiscipleTrack is developed and operated by an individual developer. Liberty Church is a church using the system, not the software's legal operator. The operator's details are in the privacy notice.
Access to ministry information depends on your current church relationship. Workbook answers are visible to their author and, when explicitly shared, the currently assigned Discipler. Leader or Coordinator status alone does not grant answer access. See how to delete your account and what records remain.
