DiscipleTrack

Support

DiscipleTrack is being prepared for a pilot with one church and is not open for registration. These answers describe how the app works.

Most questions are about your church, and your church's Coordinator can answer them fastest. For the app itself, write to ddotbone1@gmail.com.

Common questions

I did not receive the verification code

Check your spam folder and the address you entered. If the email contains a six-digit code, enter it in the app. You can request another with "Resend code" after the countdown. If delivery fails or sign-in still asks you to verify, contact support.

I entered the join code and nothing happened

Your request is waiting for your church's Coordinator to approve it. The app shows "Waiting for approval" until then. Ask your Coordinator if it has been more than a day.

I was already a member before I had the app

Ask your Coordinator for a claim code. Enter it under "I'm already a member" and the Coordinator links your account to your existing record, so your history continues.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password", enter your email, and use the six-digit recovery code to set a new password. The website cannot reset your password.

Reminders do not appear

Your phone can schedule local reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before a scheduled meeting, when those times are still ahead. Allow notifications and open the app with a connection to load the schedule. Changes made while your app is closed reach your phone on its next successful refresh; until then a reminder may be out of date. Reminder delivery is not guaranteed.

I need to change a meeting time

Agree the change with your Discipler outside the app. Your currently assigned Discipler records the new schedule. As a Disciple, you view the schedule without confirming or changing it in the app.

Who can read my workbook answers?

Your drafts stay on your device until you choose to share. Shared answers are saved for you and the assigned Discipler you shared them with. They are for discussion, not approval. If your assignment ends, that Discipler loses access. A new Discipler does not automatically receive your earlier answers; you must explicitly share them again. Leader and Coordinator roles alone do not grant access.

I cannot see someone's progress

The app shows each person only what their role allows: a Discipler sees their own Disciples, a Leader their group, a Coordinator the church. If you think your role is wrong, ask your Leader or Coordinator.

Report a problem

Contact the individual developer and operator at ddotbone1@gmail.com with your phone model, operating system version, what you did, and what you saw. Do not send passwords, verification codes, claim codes or private lesson answers. Remove personal details from screenshots. Your church's Coordinator handles ministry questions; Liberty Church is not the software operator.
